4 Tips for Maintaining Your Active Lifestyle as You Age

While you and your family are visiting your parents, you get to talking about the “joys” of getting older. Be Active Now
If you want to be active and healthy when you’re older, you need to start healthy habits now. After all, an object at rest tends to stay at rest, and an object in motion tends to stay in motion.
